Tapioca Starch Powder have been specially developed for making Fresh Pearls (without preservative) with different flavor which can be customized by yourselves when made.
To make 1.5kg Pearls from Starch Powder with water. 1. Spoon 1,000g (45Tbsp) Tapioca Starch Powder into a pot*. 2. Add cold water with 500~550ml as list and stir to dissolve. 3. To speed matters up you can prepare the dough in a food mixer. 4.Flatten the dough with a press by machine. 5.Patted the dough into a flat cake. 6.Cut the flat cake into the row, from the row into the ball. 7.Put the ball into Pearl Steam Cooker with 12 min bolling and 10 min steam.
